Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, Dogs with Style cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions or price changes.

Payments

PAYPAL - You dont not need a Paypal account to make a payment with your credit or debit card, please select the Paypal payment and then follow the instructions to make the payment.

You Do Not Need a Paypal  Account to Purchase with us. If you do not have a Paypal  account, payments are taken via Paypal  using your Credit/Debit Card. All major Credit/Debit Cards are excepted. All payments and details are 100% secure.

 

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order prior to despatch for a full refund. Please email us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. If your order has been despatched, then please see our Returns Policy.

Returns Policy

We offer a 14 day returns policy on our products. All returned goods must be in their original unused condition and packaging. We will not except any return goods that have been used, unless faulty. We strongly advise all returns be sent by a recorded service as we will not be held liable for any goods lost, stolen or damaged in the post. Return postage is non refundable and the free postage will be deducted from the original payment. If you wish to return any other items, please email us first.

Delivery

We offer Free UK Delivery on most of our products. If your delivery address is in the Highlands, Islands, N. Ireland, Eire or overseas, there will be a delivery charge for Delivery of the Dog Kennels, Runs and other heavier goods. We will estimate the cost and send you an email to advise the extra amount needed for the item to be sent to you.

Most of our products  are despatched the same day for next day delivery, excludes Bank Holidays and Holiday periods. Payment needs to be recieved by 2pm Monday to Friday for these goods to be despatched the same day. Goods are sent out on a 1st Class recorded service and will require a signature upon receipt. You can request a different delivery address on the checkout page. 99% of all our deliveries arrive on time.  Couriered goods may take up to 7 days for delivery.

On some occasions Royal Mail may fail to deliver in the timescale given, due to strikes or busy periods. We will not entertain any claims for compensation for late delivery. If you live in the Scottish Highlands, Ireland etc, then your goods may take longer to arrive.

It is rare,but on some occasions items may become out of stock as you purchase. If this is the case we will email you to offer you and alternative, refund or advise you of the delivery date.

Delivery of Dog Kennels and Their Accessories.

Delivery is Free in the UK excluding The Highlands, Islands, N. Ireland, and Eire. We do not deliver these products overseas. We aim to despatch orders within 2 days of placement of the order. Our courier service takes takes 2-3 days. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

Please ensure you choose carefully the size of the product you are ordering as returns may be expensive. Return postage costs will be the responsibilty of the buyer. In order to make the decision on which size is best for your pet, please measure the product you would like against your pet.

When your order arrives check it carefully before signing for it. The courier is obliged to wait until you have done this. If they are not prepared to wait do not sign it! By signing for it you are not only confirming you have received it, you accept it in the condition in which it arrives. Once you have signed for it we cannot make a claim against the carrier for damage.
